The Training Room Track Workout

Somerville fitness studio The Training Room will start a small group training track workout on Monday, August 2. The program is designed for runners of all abilities who are looking to increase their speed, burn calories and promote fat loss.  The sessions will meet at the Tufts University track Monday – Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:45pm until August 27, at $30 for a single session and $189 for all eight sessions.
